A credit card is required to schedule an appointment online or by phone.
A notice of cancellation must be given 48 hours prior to your scheduled appointment. If you make a cancellation in more than 48 hours, no cancellation fee will be charged to your account. A 50% charge per appointment for any Reschedule/Cancellation within 24-hours. Regardless of the circumstance all appropriate fees will be charged according to the Reschedule/Cancellation fee.
Missed appointments without notice are charged the full length of session.
All sales are final. No exchanges can be made for any form of currency. Deposits are refunded within the guidelines of Zen Massage and Wellness cancellation policy. Cancellations must be given a 48 hours advance notice of scheduled appointment to avoid any fees. Refunds may be limited or declined by Zen Massage and Wellness management and owners.
You must be 18 or older to make a reservation.
We currently do not offer prenatal massage.
